The Board
The Confex Board is there to oversee the running of the Group and help set and agree future strategies and investment. It is also there to ensure the Group is run for the benefit of its Members. It meets 4 times a year as a minimum, but are updates on Confex monthly by the MD.
There is a Board Buddy process is to ensure the Board have a direct link and relationship with the Membership, and represent the Membership.
